In West Kalimantan, Indonesia, we are building a vertically integrated wood pellet supply chain — from planting the seed to loading the ship — that grows the forest as it produces energy.
We secure captive plantations in West Kalimantan and directly operate the entire process from nursery to export shipment, producing eco-friendly wood pellet power fuel. Because we grow our own feedstock instead of buying it, we take responsibility for quality, supply — and the future of the forest itself.
Wood pellets are a renewable fuel you can stockpile and burn whenever electricity is needed — cutting carbon while reusing existing coal power plants as they are.
From seed to ship, in one pair of hands
All six stages are run by a single entity. A structure with minimal reliance on external log purchases blocks quality, delivery and price volatility at the root.
Nursery
Quality seedlings from our own nursery, backed by an in-house nursery research center.
Plantation
Cyclical planting of fast-growing species on our own land within production forest. All planting and harvesting takes place inside government-permitted areas.
Harvest
We harvest fast-growing planted trees along with unused small wood and offcuts, trucking them a short distance.
Pelletizing
From debarking and drying to pressing pellets — every step is recorded and quality-managed with data.
Storage
Safely stored in high-capacity silos with explosion-proof design and temperature sensing.
Export
Shipped to Korea and East Asia via Kijing International Port, 70 km away.
How we make energy is what we believe
Planting must exceed harvesting
By planting more than we harvest each year, total forest stock and carbon-absorption capacity keep growing. This must be a business that expands the forest, not one that consumes it.
Every step must be traceable
We track the full history from planting to shipment and prove legality and sustainability through third-party certification such as FSC and SVLK — answering with physical fact, not paperwork.
We must grow with the community
Local employment, job training, housing, medical and training infrastructure, and shared growth with local partners — we share the outcome with the people of the land where this project takes root.

Not all wood pellets are the same
We know the environmental concerns raised against wood pellets. This project is designed to answer every one of them — structurally.
01Permitted production-forest plantation, not primary forest
Feedstock comes only from our own plantations inside forest the state has legally designated for growing and harvesting timber. Primary and protected forests are outside the business, and all work takes place only within areas that have passed government permitting and environmental review.
02Using resources that went unused
Instead of thick, high-value timber used for furniture or construction, our feedstock is fast-growing trees we plant ourselves, along with small wood and offcuts that once went unused. Resources once wasted become energy.
03Short rotation, fast carbon payback
We plant fast-growing trees and cycle harvest and replanting on a short rotation. That shortens the time it takes for new trees to reabsorb the carbon released when pellets are burned — and since we plant more than we harvest each year, the forest actually grows. Young, growing trees soak up CO₂ faster than old ones.
04Short seas, low transport emissions
Both inland and maritime legs from West Kalimantan to Korea and Japan are short — roughly a quarter of the distance from far-off sources, structurally lowering transport emissions.
Fossil fuel adds carbon buried for millions of years to the atmosphere. The carbon in our fuel is 'recent carbon' absorbed as the trees grew — circular carbon that newly planted trees absorb again. By substituting coal, the project contributes roughly 900,000 tonnes of CO₂ avoided each year.
※ Based on 600,000 t/yr of wood pellets substituting the same energy from bituminous coal. Using pellet calorific value and the IPCC standard emission factor for coal, each tonne of pellets avoids roughly 1.5 tonnes of CO₂, following international greenhouse-gas accounting conventions for biomass fuels.
